Overview

This plugin was built for restaurant e-commerce operations, connecting WooCommerce storefront orders to fulfillment processes used on site.

Engineering challenges

The challenge was bridging online ordering behavior with time-sensitive restaurant operations where reliability and communication directly affect fulfillment.

Implementation notes

I implemented custom plugin behavior in PHP on top of WordPress and WooCommerce, including SMS notifications and order-handling logic tied to operational workflow needs.

Outcomes

The result was a more reliable end-to-end order flow from storefront to fulfillment, demonstrating integration-heavy systems thinking and plugin development ownership.
